Technical Requirements

Before we start working together, let's make sure your systems are ready. Our financial analysis platform connects with your existing business tools, and honestly, the setup is straightforward if you've got the basics covered.

Data Access

We need read access to your accounting software—Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks typically work best for Australian businesses.

Security Standards

Your network should support TLS 1.2 or higher. Most modern systems do this by default since around 2019.

Data Format

We work with CSV, Excel, or direct API connections. If you're exporting monthly reports already, you're probably good to go.

What Your Systems Need

Browser Compatibility

  • Chrome version 90 or newer (we test primarily on this)
  • Firefox 88 or later works well too
  • Safari 14+ for Mac users
  • Edge 90+ if you're on Windows

Network Requirements

  • Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed
  • Firewall configured to allow HTTPS connections on port 443
  • Ability to whitelist arariusium.com in your security settings
  • VPN compatibility if you're accessing remotely

Software Integration

  • Active subscription to your accounting platform
  • Admin or accountant-level permissions for API access
  • Export capabilities enabled in your current software
  • Historical data going back at least 12 months

Real-Time Dashboard Access

Once you're set up, you'll see your financial data update in real time. We pull information every six hours during business days, which means you're always working with current numbers.

The dashboard runs entirely in your browser—no software installation needed. And if you're checking things on your phone during a meeting? It works there too.

If you need to check reports while you're out—and most business owners do—your phone needs iOS 13 or Android 9 minimum. The interface adjusts automatically to smaller screens.

We've tested on everything from older iPhones to budget Android devices. As long as you can browse modern websites comfortably, you'll be fine with our platform.
